I divide this update into two parts, which means two releases. As you can see, the whole progress is for 0.6.6, when it reaches 50%, you'll get the first one. Hit 100%? Another one! Because since you want sex scenes during pregnancy, it's simply not enough for the whole thing, if it's just an ordinary size update.
Also, you can get what you want by clicking the tabs, like download links, special content, bonus animations or something.
