You may likewise use any parts of my meshes/textures you wish—in new projects, as long as it is transformative. You may also convert my stuff for other sims games. I would absolutely love being a part of your projects in any way, as long as you do not paywall it, neither permanently nor on early access. But most importantly—GIVE PROPER CREDITS! Meaning—that it should always clearly be stated what parts of the project intellectually belong to/originates from who.
You may not reupload my cc as it is, nor claim any part of it as your own. And you may not convert it for any game that does not belong to the sims franchise.

It sure does! I am working on teirs right now and the first of two April releases is being scheduled for later today (The New York Skirt at around 17.00 Standard British Time)
