Process steps
Added 2015-08-24 13:37:03 +0000 UTCHi Patrons! I'm working hard on future episode 10, and I start to get panels very near to 'final' rendering ( picture description : 2 panels of future episode 10 bottom of page 1, something is happening to Pepper & Carrot at the beach ).
So here is my process steps on future episode 10. I'm working on a style to keep what I find appealing from the traditional pencil aspect, and mix it with what I find appealing about modern digital painting. I hope you'll like it,

They easily catch the color of the surrounding , and sometime can turn darker when she looks at the ground, or almost bluish when looking at the sky. The sea side brings a bit of teal in her eyes :) But true and well observed ; on this two panels , maybe she has too greeny eyes on the first one. :-)

2015-08-26 08:36:55 +0000 UTCHey I'm asking myself: what is peppers eyecolor? Blue or green or something in between? (And of course I know since ep 8 it can turn red) ;-) It looks like it's changing from green to blue. Or is it some lighteffect? Carrots expression is always wonderfull! :-DD
