Well, I guess you never quite know where your channel will go.
Added 2019-06-17 21:37:31 +0000 UTCSo, once I completed the rage video for Episode 3 of Season 8 of Game of Thrones, I thought to myself;
"Yeah, it won't get worse than this, anyone could write a finish for this show now, in a nice safe, boring way, all the expected stuff will happen and it's "fine" I won't want to do anymore rage videos on these episodes"
And I actually kicked on with grabbing more and more new reaction shots and clips for the TFA series...there's so much to grab up and i'm looking forward to putting them into Part 3, when it gets recorded (Audio).
Then Episode 4 was really bad, but I figured it was still par for the course going forward, it was just a hiccup, a way of getting everything lined up for the obvious pay off's and I was SO WRONG.
So, once the show finished out, I kinda got a fiery passion to make videos about it, I was just writing and watching over it, figuring out what was bothering me so much about the whole thing.
Episode 4 got it's video and Episode 5, being all about character destruction, has kind of absorbed my life for the past few weeks.
I am happy to say I finally have a first draft. near 25K words and full of, well... anger, pain and a bit of fun, as per usual ;^) Editing for the video should begin in a few days, after a re-draft or 18 and after the recording is done with. 25K words means a 2 and a half hour video, more than likely and it's on 1 episode of a TV show.
It would appear I keep getting longer.
And so yes, I am writing this update to let you know that more Game of Thrones coverage is on the way and that I will write another one of these once something more solid in terms of a plan, post Game of Thrones coverage, arrives.
Not to worry, I still plan to finish TFA before Episode 9 inevitably arrives but I am aware of how many delays it has received, though that is the nature of following one's passions I suppose.
I wont make any promises, you all know how things go on this channel, they are long and they take long to come out.
But I do have an investment in some semblance of order with the channel and so getting the rest of the parts done before Ep 9 would be great and the work done on that leviathan of a script will never be without a development into a video series or I would be VERY upset, so it will certainly arrive, timing is the only part that we never really know the answer to.
BUT you never know with these things... you never know where your channel will end up.

In the end, the most rewarding content is good content, not rushed content. I'm proud of how you conduct your channel and interact with your fanbase. Thank you for providing an outlet where actual objectivity is cherished, rather than solely relying on gut feelings.

I hated Daenerys since season 5 and even I didn't think they would go that far with her (or even that the show was aware of how bad she was). Getting caught up in all of the fuckitude as each episode dropped on our heads is pretty understandable.
