While E5 & E6 are a 2-parter, the 2 parts are more loosely connected. So you can almost certainly watch these episodes separately if you prefer. E7-8 are a classic 2-parter that should be watched together. E9 is the only stand alone episode this season. E10-12 are all connected so you could watch them all at once. However, it's often recommended to give yourself some processing time between these last episodes. Certainly that's how Rachel Talalay (director for E11-12) recommends watching them. Specifically, she recommends watching them at least a day apart.
