A member of my family died this month, and while I wasn't close with him (far from it), it's left me... contemplative. Not so much about him or my relationship with him but about how suddenly and violently death can happen. How young a person can be. How little warning a family has ahead of time.
The section of Chapter 3 that I'm writing heavily talks about Kimberly. About her excellent qualities, her shortcomings, and her death.
It feels strange writing it at this moment. Off-putting. So I'm going to pause billing for April.
I fully expect to get the update to you soon, but just in case I can't shake this feeling of wrongness over what I'm writing, I'd rather not put it out.
