Mathilda is trying to show you a little secret! She's trying to tell you where all the mysteriously disappeared hospital food has gone. As a nurse, Mathilda always eats the patient's meal leftovers. But she rarely gets satisfied by just leftovers, so she always sneaks into the hospital kitchen and raids all the fridges daily! It appears that the mystery has still not been solved! Those tiger cakes are getting bigger and fatter by the day!
I also updated Mathilda's design a bit. ~
