We're finally catching up on these! If you haven't heard, we brought on a new comments-picker, Eliot Gammons, and a new editor, @Batteries4Holden, so we're steadily working through the backlog and soon we'll be up-to-date with the Replies videos actually coming out on time.
This was the one I was dreading since unexpectedly several things about the Cannes video ended up causing strong reactions, but overall I'd say it was relatively painless. Next up: finally talking about the Grand Prix episode.

RE: Iranian film recommendations: I'm not Iranian, but I'm a huge fan of Jafar Panahi's recent work. Admittedly, I've yet to see anything from before his house arrest and ban from filmmaking in 2010. But all five films he's made since then are excellent. If I had to pick one as an entry point, it's probably 2022's No Bears.
