Early Nebula Release of the New Episode

Hey folks, I'm here with an announcement about a small change in the way we're releasing videos.

Starting today, we're staggering our releases, so on Nebula we will always be one episode ahead. This new episode, all about post-credits scenes, is out there right now. It will be out on YouTube in 3-4 weeks, and on the day it drops on YouTube, the following episode will drop on Nebula.

Basically, if you watch on Nebula you'll be able to see every episode about 3-4 weeks early. Which is cool.

For most of you this isn't really going to change anything. A lot of you are already Nebula subscribers, so you can watch the episodes there like always. If you watch on YouTube, you can still watch them there, just a bit later than the folks who are subscribed to Nebula.

As I've mentioned plenty of times before, I'm a part-owner of Nebula, I helped develop the platform, they just financed and produced the short film I'm making, so I believe in this company and what we're building, and I believe it's the best place to watch the videos (for instance, no ads).

I know not everyone has the budget to subscribe to multiple things, and I want to be clear that we're not taking anything away, simply giving a new incentive to join Nebula, where I have lots of projects you can't see anywhere else (with more on the way).

If you want to cancel your Patreon subscription and join Nebula instead, no worries at all. Joining either supports me (assuming you use my Nebula code).

Anyway, I think the new episode is a lot of fun, and again, IT'S OUT RIGHT NOW, so go check it out!

Comments

I love the fact that you're now releasing your videos early to Nebula. I love Nebula and this is a nice little perq, just like the tiny bit of additional content, the lack of YT ads, etc. They are all little things, but they make a good cause (supporting excellent creators) feel just that much more cool.

The thing that gets me to sit through the credits more than anything is music - a killer needle-drop and the end will keep me there (like "Wake Up" by RATM at the end of The Matrix) and if they keep playing great tunes, I'll keep listening (The Chase, Repo Man, and Grosse Pointe Blank immediately come to mind).
