Official changes to crowdfunding - Starting September

Hey, just a quick followup to the post yesterday. I've thought things through more and here's the exact thing I'll be doing. As the title says, this starts September. So everything goes as normal until then.

1: New submissions will be closed at the start of September. If you want to add anything, add it now. (Although you'll still struggle to get it funded unless it's an amazing idea)

2: Videos will no longer be added to the queue if they reach 100% funding, instead the one that's highest % funded will be added to the queue at the end of each month.

3: Conversely, the 4 videos with the lowest % funding will be REMOVED from the list. I will message anybody who has funded one of these videos and they can transfer those funds to a new video. No funding will go to waste (Unless they don't respond)

3b: For removed videos, any funding added via the gacha system will be redistributed to a random video instead.

4: This system will carry on for 12 months, so the end of August 2022 will be the final chance to fund videos in the queue. (Sort of, slightly amended. Read 5)

5: After the end of August, there will be six videos left in the queue. At the end of each month after that, the lowest video will be removed until only one video is left. That will be the last video I make

6: The gacha system will be disabled. Any BB coins owned can be redeemed for $6 towards a video of your choice. These must be used by the end of December. I don't want a certain somebody hoarding $800 worth of funding to control the outcome of every video that gets added.

7: The funding backlog multiplier will be disabled. All pledges will count for their full amount.

8: After the 12 months are up, I'll start to offer patrons the ability to vote amongst my ideas. If I bring back complete commissions again it will be in a much more limited way, one where I have zero chance of developing a backlog and one where I have more control to just say no to stuff...but this is still over a year away, so I'm not thinking about it too hard now. Just going to try and get all these videos done as quick as is reasonably possible.

Edit: If you submitted an idea and you want to reduce the video length to lower the price, please message me before the end of this month and I'll make reasonable accommodations for that. 

Edit 2: A while back I increased base cost from $12 to $13. I'll be lowering all $13 ones down to $12 in fairness once September starts. Videos that have a higher cost per minute because I am unfamiliar with/disliked the idea may or may not be lowered.
