TTToTTT Day 3 Results

That's a wrap on Day 3! As two topics move forward, we must sadly say goodbye to two others (that, I'll be honest, I was rooting for).

First, it seems the voters have Grisham Fever, as 90S LEGAL DRAMAS easily beat SIGHT AND SOUND 2022, 59% to 41%. The collective critics and filmmakers of the world may have a lot of love for Jeanne Dielman, but not here! Once again, European art house movies get a resounding "no." Sad!

And then, in my opinion, the must disappointing results so far, ERNEST P. WORRELL was utterly brutalized by MOVIES MAKING MOVIES, going down 36% to 64%. Based on chatter in the Discord, most voters who are under 30 or outside the U.S. (or both) are totally unfamiliar with the Ernest movies, and that definitely cost it a lot of votes. I was honestly hoping this one would do better, since it would be such a weird video to make. I guess the voters all have Babylon fever!

The Most "New York" Movie vs. Gore Verbinski

Wrong kid died :( Farewell, Ernest, you were the only topic in this quadrant I cared about.

Marty Crenlon

Please please please make the Ernest video anyway to educate the masses!

Im also with you but im Winning today with gore and muppets

Patrick, just saying, but everyone still wants an Ernest video #justiceforernest

Ernest movies were regular features on Irish Television. Sad I won't get to see a wee video on him.

Seeing your disappointment over the utter defeat of Earnest, it's like the Dexter's Lab “I have failed you” meme

Also sad Ernest got knocked out. Scared Stoopid was probably the first "horror" movie I ever watched.

Kyle Lowe

I seem to be on the losing side of every match-up so far, but that’s fine. I’m fine

Ernest forever!

Justice for Ernest!

I will repeat what I said in the comments: one shouldn't discount Amistad when discussing '90s legal dramas, since it also crosses over with the other '90s trend of prestige costume dramas that you referenced in that Universal Monsters video.

I was raised on Ernest. I love Ernest. I would contribute directly to an Ernest Patreon goal. ❤️❤️❤️
