After applying the first vote count and bonuses/penalties we have
Yoko - 3.5
Bb - 3
Tae - 2
Saber - 2
Junko - 1.5
Liz - 1.5
Rikka - 1
SAO - 0.5
RWBY - 0.5
Schez + mata hari - 0.5
SAO, RWBY and Schez+Mata Hari are all eliminated.
Rikka is then also eliminated.
Junko vs Liz are both tied, but neither can transfer votes to the other so both are guaranteed to be eliminated. Out of their three votes, 2 go to yoko and 1 to saberfaces, meaning the scores look like.
Yoko - 5.5
Bb - 3
Saber - 3
Tae - 2
So Tae is eliminated. Her votes transfer to BB and nobody. (One person only submitted two options). Saberfaces are now behind BB so are eliminated.
This leaves just BB and yoko, out of the lists Yoko finishes above in 6/9 of them and has a higher bonus, meaning she is the winner! (For real this time..)
