A TWO-MINUTE THRILLER
Added 2018-06-01 21:04:04 +0000 UTCIt's been bugging me that we haven't made a single narrative short yet this year (I'm not counting Arthur K. Billingsworth since that was mostly shot last year). So when Sennheiser sent us over their new Ambeo Smart Headset (headphones that also function as 360 degree microphones) to use in a video, this seemed like the perfect opportunity.
So naturally we made a tiny paranoia thriller that mostly rips off Brian De Palma's Blow Out a lot.
We made the whole thing this past weekend, and even shot a behind the scenes video (well, Elsie, our summer intern, shot most of it), which you can see here.
I should mention that we've got several larger narrative shorts in the works (and we've resumed production on "Apartment Hunting") so stay tuned for more stuff like this.
