Back in June I was on a 3-hour bus ride when the news broke about the next X-Men movie, X-Men: Dark Phoenix, apparently being released in the next couple years.
As someone who's not a huge fan of the X-Men movie series (although I like parts of it), I was annoyed about this, and tweeted a lot about it because what else is there to do on a 3-hour bus ride.
So people suggested I make a video how to fix the X-Men franchise.
And now, 2 months later, here it is. A detailed analysis of what's wrong with the X-Men franchise, and the key steps that should be taken to improve it.
For this I teamed up with my friend Connor Goldsmith, who quite simply knows more about X-Men than anyone else I know, and articulates all the points beautifully. We covered pretty much everything.
And if a 25-minute video isn't enough, I released the full, uncut 1-hour 22-minute conversation between Connor and I, if you want to check that out here:

Sorry this is a little late. It was ready last Thursday and then got tied up in the approval process that any video shot at the YouTube Studios has to go through. But there's a LOT in store for September, so get ready.
