Patrick Explains CROUCHING TIGER, HIDDEN DRAGON (And Why It's Great)

This series is back! And since this is the third one I guess it's officially a series now. And yes, my parents are back, too.

I actually had no immediate plans for more of these videos. I was going to visit my parents this past weekend, and a week before that my mom texted me and asked if we would be shooting another video while I was there (she really gets a kick out of these).

So immediately I started trying to think of ideas, and now, three days after we shot it, here it is.

And what's helpful is that while thinking of this idea, I came up with a couple more, so expect more of these over the next few months.

The rule with this series is that the movies I talk about have to be underrated in some way, so I'm essentially arguing for people to either give them a shot or reconsider them. I realize Crouching Tiger isn't exactly underrated in that it's the most successful foreign language film of all time and won four Oscars, but I never hear it mentioned or discussed anymore, and it's a film I think is an all-time classic.
