The old pigs lard had found it's way into her once beautifull eyes, and began to destroy them from the inside out, making them swell up as well. You can clearly see it build up in her eyes through her pupils. It is making her completely blind forever. The lard had almost filled up her entire head and is also forming cellulite and stretchmarks in her face. Somehow it's influencing her brain. She can't think that good anymore.
Overall it's beginning to looklike her body is losing the battle against the lard as her enormous breasts, now completely over stuffed and swollen with old pigs lard, are beginning to leak a nasty thick gooey liquid. Also her crotch is beginning to leak that same nasty liquid.
