The pigs lard is starting to form cellulite on the underside of her belly, her thighs and her crotch. On those same spots it's also causing her skin to tear and form stretchmarks. Her fur is also beginning to fall out on those spots, because the presssure of the lard underneath her skin on those places has become so enormous that her hair follicles are being destroyed. I'm affraid the fatter she gets, the worse all of these problems are gonna get...
This is the moment were I think that the growing amount of fat isn't making her atractive anymore, but instead from this moment on it's making her more ugly every pound she gains...
