GET OUT recut comedy trailer

A couple months ago my friend Anna sent me a link to an interview with Jordan Peele where he mentioned that he would love to see someone make a recut trailer that makes Get Out look like a comedy.
So I figured I'd give it a shot. The movie came out on blu-ray yesterday, so I picked up a copy, ripped it so I would have a movie file to edit, and just started cutting until I got this thing.
The whole thing is modeled on the trailer for Guess Who, the Ashton Kutcher/Bernie Mac comedy from 2005 you probably forgot existed. I transcribed the whole thing, broke down the structure by timecode, and then assembled this one as closely as I could. So basically I have now seen the Guess Who trailer more than probably any human being alive.
Anyway, this was a fun change of pace from the usual stuff. We'll be back next week with a video where I talk about movies a lot.
