I would like to let you know about a game called "Lewd Island", created by xRed Games!
You and a young female passenger find yourselves on an abandoned island, after surviving a plain crash.

What will happen next?
Currently it's the beginning of day 9 since the crash happened and there are over 4400 Full HD renders and animations.
This is a RenPy game and it's available for Windows, Mac, Linux and Android.
