His face is similar to Damascus goats. He's a switch top/bottom and is an awful Krampus for hire. Instead of doing his job of punishing naughty youths, he's just collecting interesting vegetation in the mortal world's woods and eventually snoops around for naughty adults looking for some holiday cheer or who have maybe had a few too many cocktails at the bar/party.
In his world, thanks to technology and social media, it's become too easy for people to indulge in naughtiness like cyber bullying and general bad behavior so one Krampus couldn't keep up. They've resorted to hiring multiple underworld goat beasts to take on the heavy workload.
