For this as well, I am so, so sorry. Attacking you was already RIDONULOUSLY out of bounds, frankly it was was also illegal. You can get restraining orderss if they are caught. I don’t know the prevailing Law is in Ohio, but in California, cyber bullying, threats of any kind are illegal. At minimum you should be able to get a restraining order. I may have asked 20-1,000 times before... have you secured a P.O. Box?? If not, I would be happy to sponsor your box. You just have then remove any information that would disclose your home and send the bill to me. DEFY, just called it a day, firing all its staff, closing down every thing bu 1Januart 2019. Have been able to be made whole with the possibily 3 months of revenue the contractually owed you? If not, you need to find out the Law Firm handling their Bankruptcy. Hope it’s Chapter 11, you can usually get most of what you are owed. If they are filing Chapter 7, well you’re basically hosed. Chapter 7 is complete liquidation of all holdings, and first on the list to be paid are lenders, people such as yourself, contractors are in the middle of the pack. You are much more likely to get all your money if they file Chapter 11. The order of payment and amounts can be determined by the judge or if you really want to give your money to your Lawyer, binding arbitration. Either way, you need to get yourself on the list of Debtors. You are going to need a Lawyer for this part, possibly some one from Legal Aide in your County. Do it ASAP.
