Before Faber Brizio I searched and dealt with many devs found online. Some were inexperienced and they wasted my time, some wanted to get paid really a lot, and many didn't want to work on NSFW projects. Even today, when I'm looking for a second dev to work alongside Faber Brizio, I can't find anyone.
Now that I have some experience in finding the right dev, I realized that I was really lucky to find him. He is an expert, he was satisfied with little money because he enjoyed working on my project and then he is a really smart guy who is pleasant to communicate and work with.
Today when I can't find another dev and I asked him to find some extra time to sacrifice and dedicate to the game because otherwise the process would slow down too much, he told me that he could only make this sacrifice if I paid him more... and I understand him.
