Bear in the box you can just place, and either Morgana or Judi will come to it because it makes a noise. It's primarily meant as a distraction, but with the current gameplay, it's not very necessary to get a perfect score to get SOM. To get SOM it's much easier to prevent them from spawning using the CCTV and handling sanity objects. In the future, however, it'll likely be more of use.
