- BGC except funcional mailbox (Get Together for Sims 4) deco mailbox is BGC
- 5 items: 3 garden signs + 2 versions for mail box (wall+ floor placement)
- Meshes and textures by me
- TS4: type HCXMAS
- TS3: signs can be found in misc deco section (bottom of the list) and mailbox is in misc storage and buy debug (how to enable buy debug click here.) *to be able to place my mailbox in your lot you need to delete the one that comes with the lot!!*
- polycount ranges from 1k to 4k.
