We're nearing the end of the month (and year 😨) so please remember to take some time and do what makes you happy.
If you feel up to it, I'd love to hear of something that makes you happy! For me, it's seeing dogs be happy. I go for daily walks in my neighbourhood, and seeing one walking and its tail wagging instantly makes my day better!
Sometimes it's the little things in life that have an impact on your day 🥰

My work is in the Civil Eng/Hydrologic Eng side of things, so looking at post-burn soil conditions and rainfall that triggers debris events, and I have colleagues that work more on the sociological and community planning aspects of wildland fire recovery.

All of the family time and the laughs. And a little bonus, it’s snowing here in Minnesota, so even more reason to get into the season.

I suppose I'm happiest when I'm cooking, being alone and preparing a meal with some Dean Martin playing on the radio is perfect 👌
