A Haunting in Venice (2023) * FULL LENGTH REACTION

Thank you to our Marble winner Michaela B. for this one!

I think I know why I thought this would be comedy.... Clue is a murder mystery but also comedic, so I sort of assume that's the case for most murder mysteries.

So this was a very pleasant surprise that there was no comedy!

I enjoyed it, and loved seeing the reasons that the killer does what they do. Bring on more murder mysteries 🀩

Everyone did a fantastic job with their character, though I have to say the Doctor was just so amazing. And the kid too! It's so sweet to see the kid help his dad.

For this style of reaction, you need your own copy to watch the movie.  You can set picture in picture by right clicking twice on the video and selecting "Picture in picture". The right clicking twice is a bit tricky, because you have to right click, then move your cursor so it's not on the menu, then right click again

Thank you so much everyone for your support, I couldn't do this without you πŸ₯°

There’s actually two RDJ movies. Yeah the Sherlock show with BC was really good, as too was Elementary - the American Sherlock Holmes show.

It’s probably fair to say a lot of people didn’t like Death On The Nile, but I watch so few movies in this genre that I still liked it

I'm looking forward to the other two then! I forgot that there was a Sherlock movie with RDJ! I only remember that there's a series with Benedict Cumberbatch. Knives Out and Glass onion are on my list too. I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed them :)

I’m keen to rewatch the other two Kenneth Branagh Poirot movies as I really enjoyed them first time around, β€œOrient” the most. I only remember who dun one of them. Happily for me they fall into the majority single location movies. I haven’t seen any of the older Poirot movies but used to love watching the tv show starring David Suchet (when I should have been doing my school homework). Other mysteries I’ve enjoyed were Sherlock Holmes (2009) and Knives Out (2019), the latter being my favourite.

I haven't, no BUT I definitely want to! I remembered Death on the Nile, but forgot about Murder on the Orient Express. I have no idea what the older Poirot movies are πŸ€”

Have you seen the other Kenneth Branagh as β€œHercule Poirot” movies; β€œMurder on the Orient Express” (2017) and β€œDeath on the Nile” (2022)? Or any of the older Hercule Poirot movies based on Agatha Christie’s books? The one you just saw is probably the best of the three Branagh movies so far, but the others are also fairly good.
