Getting around with limited Head movement

I'm laying here in bed and it's past midnight and I feel quite proud that nobody helped me with thisโฆ all day long I can't do anything independently because while I'm sitting up in the chair my head can fall over or I may have respiratory issues, but at night I am snuggled up in bed and on the ventilator. I hope you enjoy!
