Fun fact:
From what I remember reading a while back (like years ago) Tsukihi and Karen mention they both had a boyfriend. One named Rosokuzawa and the other named Mizudori. Apparently the names are somehow linked to Araragi and the love the sisters actually had for him. I can't remember exactly how the kanji was written since it's been years since I finished the series.
However, you can actually pick up on their boyfriends "being" Araragi if you pay close enough attention to what they say about their boyfriends in relation to Araragi either helping them or perving out around them. Just a fun fact for future episodes if you watch them.

So then Tadatsuru's name can be read as either sine or cosecant in some way?

1 episode a week is killing me since I want to see their reactions to second season and beyond. I hope they at least watch the next entry all at once or at least 2 episodes at once since it's one of if not the most mediocre entry in the series. Still really good, but doesn't really compare to anything before or after it. It also works well to watch all 4 episodes at once like a movie imo.

A fun language tip for Monogatari fans: The 'name binding' concept might be confusing for non-Japanese speakers, but it involves clever wordplay. In Japanese, the cosine function (余弦) is normally pronounced 'yogen,' but in the series, it becomes the character name 'Yozuru.' Similarly, cotangent function (余接) becomes 'Yotsugi.' While their pronunciations are altered to sound like names, their kanji clearly show their mathematical relationship.
