Hell yeah, great discussion. On top of this being my favorite episode it even has my favorite track from the OST: "What It Means To Love" I would be remiss to not mention that a highlight of this one every time I watch it is the ~30sec (17:00 - 17:30 on netflix) of the camera just on Violet's face and her reactions to Aiden asking her to send the letters and saying he doesn't feel alone. All the little details and reacting and feeling are so well done and such a huge difference from how she was back in Ep 1. The animators worked so hard on having more subtle and grounded expressions in this and it shows. It's basically what Ben said, in this one she's fully herself and her own, and reached where she should have been and Gilbert wanted for her.
