It was founded in 1978 by future CIA director Bill Casey, and currently one of its senior fellows happens to be none other than super Zionist pundit Douglas Murray, as well as anti DEI propagandist/ Culture Warrior Christopher Rufo. Bill Kristol is also a senior council member there. Also of note, the Manhattan institute came up in the USAID flow charts that were recently uncovered and it turns out it was taking USAID money through two intermediary organizations.
