Which are vital for transportation of resources from Russia to Europe and Mediterranean. 2) Splitting euroasian energy, resources and commerce block by making Europe hostile to Russia, poorer and more dependant on anglo sphere. 3) Getting rid off old weapons, building new weapons and testing large scale warfare with latest technology to get ready for China while making money in new contracts 4) Creating instability in Russia with potential to violent regime change that can possibly lead to dissolution of Siberian part of Russia in smaller countries that can be easier to control and exploit. Most important objective to anglo thalassocracy is control of euro-asian land mass by splitting it in smaller blocks and controlling all vital ports. In Russia Baltic sea,black sea and Crimea, and in China south china sea.
