It is remarkable that rather than just let it go unremarked, this is how Miller and Blinken chose to end their careers with the Biden administration. We're at a stage of imperial decline where they lack the competency to fake decent PR for an hour. Expecting to be worse under Trump honestly. When you start with a SecDef who really wants to start WW3 with China but doesn't know what ASEAN is.
