FINALLY!! MY PRAYERS HAVE BEEN ANSWERED. About the Quirks SnS destroyed: The word for Quirk is "Kosei" for "Personality". So, each Quirk destroyed is also a Vestige you see being physically ripped apart, so unfortunately she couldn't completely rip AFO to bits.
