In theory, but in practice 8 and 9 tend to be the most insane episodes, with 20 and 21 also having this apply when they’re two cour shows. Whatever the last episode of a season is is just take away 3 or 4 and you’ll probably land on one of the best episodes in that series. Second to last episode can also be crazy, but that’s more to be expected.
