He describes them as a right-wing hate group, so it seems he is an SPLC-type of liberal. That's why I said there hasn't been any definitive treatment of the group...because these SPLC-types cannot grapple with entities that are intelligence connected. They just take them at face value. I'm sure there's still some good information in there anyway, however...

Since I’ve decided to head down into the LaRouche rabbit hole (wormhole seems more appropriate considering how bonkers his movement is). I was able to buy a used book on him, published 1989, “Lyndon LaRouche & The New American Fascism.” It was the first one that came up when I was looking online. It’s by journalist Dennis King, who’s described by Senator Daniel Moynihan as the foremost expert on LaRouche. Should be a good start.

Holcombe's A History of East Asia was the text book I used.

Great show as always, thx for doing this Aaron & Bryce!

Dennis Miller is unbearable even for that 2 second intro, lol

Lol heroin traffick is down in the golden crescent but up in the golden Triangle along with meth, wouldn't be surprised if the new plan was to use Burmese instability to push more methods and heroin into Yunnan and other parts of china

Is there a book you’d recommend on the history of China, especially the century of humiliation?

The Octopus series is good on the whole...better than the Netflix series by far. But the last Octopus episode is quite odd. He basically just summarizes Peter's Road to 9/11 and even much of Peter's work on the 'deep state'. Strange that he would go into this without mentioning AE given that I am about the only academic to write a monograph on that very subject. He also doesn't mention any of the very relevant and more recent articles that Ben and Peter and I did. This all may sound petty, but it's germane to my overall take on the 'parapolitical book report' genre of podcasting. I mean, he could have reached out to me and gotten Peter himself to come on the show. Why someone working on this material wouldn't want to do that is beyond me. Sadly, I think that market forces encourage each of us to become little personality entrepreneurs.

Aaron did a couple trueanon eps that were solid. Here's the link - https://www.patreon.com/posts/episode-153-jfk-50367986?utm_medium=clipboard_copy&utm_source=copyLink&utm_campaign=postshare_fan&utm_content=join_link

Ghost Stories For The End Of The World... I didn't like the Octopus ones, but the Olaf Palme ones were good. The latest stuff on Belgium is really great.

I never knew Al Franken played Lyndon LaRouche on SNL. Check out that first comment from @jimsmith77901. Apparently, he shared a cell with LaRouche when he went to prison. I have to get a hold of this guy. I got questions. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=b8cBcFFE3jc&pp=ygUTbHluZG9uIGxhcm91Y2hlIHNubA%3D%3D

I do hope you and Judge collaborate at some point. Would be an embarrassment of riches.

I'm deeply disappointed by Bryce's misreading and the moralistic condemnation of my sexiest billionaire ex-wife question. Especially since I already supplied the onlybpossible correct answer to the question. With an attitude like that, Mackenzie Scott is never going to give Aaron the no-strings attached money needed to establish a proper SCAD research center.

I don't know about Nepolitano's personal politics, but he is providing a very fair platform to voices I respect and who have been important contrarians to the gaslighting narrative.

John Blackman

It's so infuriating, listening to the State Dept on Xinjiang and comparing it to our enduring support of an actual genocide.

John Blackman

The reason I'd like to see 4 Died Trying more easily accessible is not for me. I'd like to see it, but probably don't really need to. But it sounds like it could be a great resource to recommend to others. If they can't fairly easily get it, they won't go out of their way.

John Blackman

Re Judge Napolitano, maybe I’m naïve but I think the show has coalesced some important voices, particularly since October 7 (including Max Blumenthal and Aaron Maté, as well as Ray McGovern). You would both fit the show pretty well and bring a more systemic perspective!

Peter L

Another great episode! Have you looked at the Xinjiang genocide propaganda in detail? How about an episode with an expert telling the story from the beginning?
