I kind of dig the f bombs at the end. They came out of nowhere. In reference to the “always been” oligarchy meme I’m reminded of Phillip K Dick’s statement on how the Empire never ended. I always think of the notion of an eternal empire that functions under a variety of flags, Rome, US, etc. It’s a warning to take forward into whatever comes after the US. Fingers crossed it won’t be a cataclysmic end.

Then his piecing together of the Skipral poisoning, support for Assange, and his tussles with the SNP. He may have first hand witnessed more pieces of the deep state working than anybody who's currently outside of the charmed circle.
