2023-10-21 23:04:34 +0000 UTCThe Joint Intelligence Committee Investigation (JICI, chaired by Sen. Bob Graham (D-FL)) report came out in 2002. It was 700 pages and contained the infamous 28 fully redacted pages about Saudi connections, alleged Flight 77 hijackers Alhamzi and Almidhar, Omar Bayoumi, etc., that were finally released a few years ago. I downloaded it at the time and about 1/4 otherwise was redacted. This was the original official story that needed serious "correction" which was the job of the Kean Commission. 2004 is when the 9/11 Commission Report came out. I was at a bunch of their hearings. Hopsicker, whom I met, was a dodgy writer (and who, full disclosure, eventually denounced me as part of "COINTELPRO 2.0" more or less for thinking so, and anyone else who didn't follow his rabbit hole and thought there was something much more inside-job at work than his convoluted presentation). The Atta of Welcome to Terrorland was largely his imagination at work. He spent recent years fully in the Russiagate hole. But beyond the schtick he was a fun drinking buddy a couple of times alongside Michael Ruppert, and RIP to both.
