The Deep State may or may not hold sequestered info or specimens of extra-solar tech or life. For their purposes, it makes no never mind either way. It is axiomatic to their ways that it is the "legend," not the facts, that carries the freight. Not to be missed also is the understanding that any extra-solar civilization is more likely to find our antics useful as feed for their "Reality TV" than for anything else. aw
