Sadly, I don't. That era is mostly out of my wheelhouse. Charles Tilly sums things up well enough for my purposes... Karl Polanyi's 'Great Transformation' might be good if you haven't read it.

Gabriel mentioned towards the end about this predatory impulse among Anglo settlers who had their land expropriated. I’ve read some of the more well-known scholars writing about the enclosures, but I was wondering if you had some texts that get a bit more into the relationship between severing the European peasantry from land and the violent land lust it inspired. Thank you!
