Atlyss Alpha 0.1.7b (Hotfix) Released

A quick hot-fix version build is released! Here's some of the quick changes to make the experience a little better:
- Adding a point into a skill rank from 0 to 1 will now be attuned to an empty slot on your action bar regardless where you are.
- Elevator trigger in the dungeon is adjusted. rather than encroachment trigger, there is a placeholder lever to bring it back.
- Rank 2 Recover and Leg Up cooldowns fixed
- Fixed some skill attunement bugs with the cooldown mix
- Fixed the spin bug when holding down block after landing in jump attack
- Fixed weapon display system while equipping a weapon of the same type causing the rendering of the weapon to disappear. Not fully tested for netplay however. 80% chance it will work just fine on netplay.
- Enemies (Creeps) now properly de-spawn and get removed/deleted from the dungeon map when killed since they do not respawn. This should fix not being able to target enemies in the dungeon at times.
