Basically this is my early iteration of the script and there's no music or pacing for transitions, some missing frames, frames that need to be re-rendered, and of course proofreading is probably all over the place. (I did actually kinda try this time, and wasn't in a writing daze the whole time)
Also, please let me know if you have any issues with the save files or anything like that, I've read some thing about people losing progress every time and I am not quite sure why it'd be doing that. If you have any issues in general, please let me know. I'm still figuring all this out and I know my experience isn't gonna be the same as everyone else's.

See, my saves updated between versions and I even tried it on my alt computer and didn't have the issue, so I gotta figure out what I'm doing wrong when compiling.

2025-06-09 15:53:10 +0000 UTCSo about people losing there saves after every update i think its because the saves are kept in the games folder which isn't exactly common for renpy games for most renpy games the saves are usually kept inside the renpy folder inside your appdata folder. Now because our saves of Tales of the Eclipse is in the games folder players would have to transfer there save data manually like there playing a RPGM game now i'm not tech savvy so i have no idea how to change the save location but i would suggest you warn people to tranfer over there saves when they download the next version
