Hi everyone, I hope everyone's doing well, it's time for me to give you some news about Goodbye Eternity and the next update.

The transition to the new game engine hasn't gone smoothly, as you'll have noticed with the numerous crashes we're aware of, which can be drastically reduced if you don't use fast forward or rewind.

The problems have all been identified and we're in the process of developing a much more robust solution that won't cause these kinds of problems in the future, so I can't hide the fact that this is our top priority at the moment.

The second priority concerns the implementation of translations. We're going to make sure that translations made by the community can be accessed with a single click via the in-game menu. That's what I'd like to be able to do ideally. Translations aren't just a matter of placing a single file in the right folder; it's also a matter of choosing the right font to display the characters specific to each language without altering the user interface. We can only verify the effectiveness of these choices once users have tested the different languages.

The last priority remains the implementation of the veteran menu, which previously allowed you to play the very latest version of the update. The next veteran menu we'd like to implement would allow you to start the game wherever you want, if you want to begin the adventure directly from Asami, Yasuka, Sakuya, Noriko or Sayuri.

I think I've said it all for now, and despite the summer ahead, work continues for us to get everything ready for October.

My apologies again for the problematic version of the game with so many crashes, and I'll leave you with a sneak preview of what's in store for version 0.10.
