2023-12-14 13:27:15 +0000 UTCI have listened to this a few times this week. I'm always honest in how files, trance affects me. I wasn't expecting to feel bliss, that denotes perfect happiness or great joy, at least according to a dictionary. My mind isn't capable, at least not at this time. But hypnosis is part of me now and my mindset isn't great at the best of times and at it's the worst of times just now, so hypnosis is the only thing that really, really helps. With this file this affected the body, not so much the mind, but all i wanted was to rest. It took a few listens until i knew that my body was starting to relax. I was holding a tissue in my hand, well, clenching really, and as time went on i couldn't feel my hands at all, and my body was still. I don't usually feel much in my core, it has a much more dramatic if i hear "drop" with flutters, shudders and a freefall sensations through my core. With this i would describe the feeling of a weight like pressure, as if something was holding it still, or me still. kind of an unusual feeling. I think bliss would be subjective as you said it is unique to everyone. For me i didn't feel happiness or joy, not irl but respite, peace and rest and that is all i can ask for in my present state of mind, and i know i can lean on many, many wonderful files. Happiness is an alien concept at the best of times although in the world of hypnosis i have had happy moments. :) Talking of alien, i saw the theme of the Live Light, oh yeah, right now nothing i would like more, preferably, would be abducted by aliens, the further away the better! Thank you for the rest, I'm so in need of that. ❤️
