Mini Mania - Repo Update

This is a post for early access to the repo update that will be posted. If you are subscribed to the Mini Mania mod from the repository, you will receive an automatic update. However, it can take up to 7 days for them to approve an update. So for the time, you may download and place this in your mods/repo folder.
This update is just updated parts including the cage rework and bumper strength update for the Barstow, Legran, Midsize, Pessima, Pickup, and Roamer. The header material has also been updated as it was missing previously.
