I was wondering just this. Thanks for the update! Sounds like a good move. If it helps, this whole issue just goes to show that you won’t allow yourself to post low effort stuff, even on a second channel, and that’s a really commendable thing.

2025-08-03 07:42:02 +0000 UTCI think merging is good, I don't mind sponsors as long as you do your research to ensure they aren't known scummy ones (cough cough betterhelp/established titles/VPN fear-mongering) and they’re relevant to your audience. It's interesting seeing creators try the multichannel approach again lately and how it works for some but not others. I remember back in the earlier days of YT creators making separate channels for different types of content to keep things organized was common, then when The Algorithm™ became the driving force that fragmentation turned into a bad thing and they were better off merging, then in the past few years it's become a trend again.
