Burnout 3 PC Port Development Blog Update

If you're wondering, yes this will eventually be a formal video, and yes I'm also working on another video too at the same time (the one about my custom PC case). I just wanted to start showing people more of the development side of these larger projects so they can follow along as I'm working on them.
