We’re wrapping up the finishing touches for Friday’s launch of FNAF: DARK REMAINS and wanted to give you both a status update and a sneak peek at one of the scenes. 🙂 There will be plenty of warning beforehand for anyone avoiding seeing some of it early and no big spoilers shown.

I fell behind on the RE-Ports for a couple of months, and didn’t rush to watch them, figuring at least I can keep some details of the project secret! From “FNAF Fridays,” to scrounging every waking moment with long-distance editors just to delay it another 2 weeks anyway… my god, what an ordeal!!! 😭 I felt like I just sped-run through some of the most stressful times you can go through as a creator. I shed vicarious tears… but I already knew it would turn out allright, because of the public countdown coming back on. And when things started turning up good again in the RE-Ports I got all happy and excited for you guys. And here you are, finally able to put your work out into the world. I know there’s more to come, and I respect so much that you guys put your all into it. This isn’t just some trend-chasing sell-out stuff. You wouldn’t have put so much into the script if you just wanted a quick turnaround. You wouldn’t have travelled to different states just to film if you didn’t care, and you wouldn’t have meticulously added sound effects, customized background music, or color-corrected every shot in post-production if you didn’t care. This is the kind of blood, sweat and tears you don’t find often on YouTube. I kept myself off the bandwagon for a while and I think somewhere along the way I might’ve assumed this project wouldn’t be for me, just because I’m lukewarm on the FNAF games. But RE’s FNAF Night 1 easily topped my charts for favorite musicals when it first dropped, why not Dark Remains? This is shaping up to be Random Encounters’ Magnum Opus! Looking forward to finally seeing the fruits of your labor! ❤️❤️❤️ PS: Please take a well-earned rest today!

I intend to watch the premiere and to join the Patreon call, but I'll have to wait and see if I can stay awake (the premiere is at 2 AM). Good luck finalizing DR and have fun with the premiere! 💚

I’m sure it will all be amazing! 💚 I unfortunately will not be able to make the premiere (I don’t think at least) because even though I’m not working, I’ll be at Scout camp for a family night with my oldest. I most likely won’t be able to join the Discord call either, even though I enjoy those immensely. Thank you guys for all you do! 💚
