Let me just say, authentic Chinese food is... very different... from Americanized Chinese food. I *feel* like that's a well-known fact, but actually living with it is quite different. I explicitly remember coming home one time and finding a jar of chicken feet on the counter. Every time she made something with shrimp, there were antennae all over the sink for days. And the fish... oh, the fish...
