REport: Hoppy Friday, Everybunny!
Added 2021-10-29 04:49:59 +0000 UTCHeyJ, lovely people! We've completed all filming for Friday's musical -- a few hours before Friday -- and EVEN managed to finish the song for Friday's musical! Man, are we on a roll here or WHAT? :P
In summary, we expected to make two other projects this month that didn't happen (before Mr. Hopp strolled into our Inbox with his spin-off game about a week ago!) We tried to bang out a song, but had a serious mess scheduling this time, and to top a gloriously disastrous production week off, the iMac with all our music recordings required updates that... you guessed it... broke EVERYTHING. x_X
And by broke, I mean, Nate spent about two hours trying to force it to either finish installing a new operating system, or give us back the broken fragments of the last one. Apple was deadset on neither, but the POWER OF PERSISTENCE PREVAILS!
Of course, forcing it to finish its installations didn't improve its functionality still, and it literally froze *every* 5-10 minutes for the rest of the night, all while the musical was STILL getting a song edit, pitch correction pass, and mix. I didn't make it to bed until much too late, but thankfully, the song was able to be completed 5 minutes at a time throughout the night. We'll update you all on what we need to do with it to continue writing next month's tracks, but for now, we'll take any little victory we can find out of this week! >_<
Okay. Enough chit-chat. Enjoy the ten seconds of footage, while I work on the rest of this video for tomorrow (today?) Thank you for backing the channel and making replacement tech possible for us if and when we need it!
