Learn By Casting - Major Update v1.6

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! It's gonna be an AWESOME year for Sorcery, starting with this first month! Coming end of January, starting with Supporters, is yet another complete re-design of Sorcery! One of the biggest changes is the new Learn By Casting core mechanic! This new system is an intentional "hybrid" of the familiar Learn By Doing, with several fun and rewarding twists. This design ensures the relevance of Skill Points and steers away from encouraging not-so-fun cheesing.

You now improve and level up all Sorceries through the natural use of them. This can be as simple as consuming a Potion, up to something more involved such as casting Spells or using Sorcery weaponry! Of course, Summoners aren't left out... summoning your Familiars will also grant XP to Sorcery itself and related Element(s).

Here's a quick overview of Major Changes to expect with the Learn By Casting Update v1.6:

• Learn the Elements naturally... through using them!

• Complete re-design of Sorcery and Element mechanics

• Complete re-balance of all Loot and Quests

• Much slower & rewarding progression

• Less "easy mode" and more depth & longevity

• Handful of new Mastery Perks

• Sorcery & Elements Level to 100

• Harvest magically at range using the Harvest Wand

• Sorcery is no-longer "hardcoded" to the AppData directory
